「Check in directions are clear and concise. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, dishes, cutlery and a stocked spice cabinet.」

The house had everything we needed, the hosts gave very detailed directions about literally everything (how to work the garbage disposal, where to find s’more sticks) and it’s in the perfect location (a few minutes drive to all the good stuff in Wells). 「Comfortable stay in a convenient area. Quiet neighborhood close to beach and nature areas 」

「Stayed for a 4 day weekend with family, which included a 2 and 3 year old. House appears just as it is pictured-very well kept and full of character. Host went the extra mile and made accommodations oriented to age of our travelers such as a baby gate. Perfect spot for a family with young children. The playground on the property was amazing although bug spray is a must (at least for us in late july/early august ) as we were met with quite a few mosquitoes while playing in the yard at all hours...

「We had an amazing stay at this house! We weren't sure how close the house would be to the beach, so let me explain. The house has a covered porch, with the road in front of the porch (there's a concrete barrier as well on the house side). If you cross the street, the sea wall is right there, with large rocks instead of a beach area, even during low tide.
