「I didn't like having a room which faced out onto the courtyard where pub guests were drinking and eating. It meant that to get privacy you had to draw the curtains which then covered not only the door but also the only windows and I like to have open windows, especially when there is no air conditioner. Having said that, the room itself was quite comfortable and the food was good.」

「Last weekend we stayed at the Wiveton Bell for two nights. I have to report that the pub has changed hands since we were last there.
