This loft unit has 1 king bed and 1 twin pullout in the loft bedroom, and a full sleeper sofa and a twin pullout in the living room area. Unit comes equipped with full kitchen, including refrigerator and stove/oven. Color Cable TV and DVD. Full tub/shower in bath. This unit has a private balcony. Air Conditioned.

We are located at 376 Mile Road in Wells Beach Maine, a 1 minute walk from Wells Beach. We have everything you want in your Maine Coast vacation or weekend getaway. Other great beaches to explore and enjoy are also nearby.

The Wells, Maine area has many activities and attractions, including sandy beaches, wonderful restaurants, unique Maine shops, and events such as deep-sea fishing, kayaking and nature trails.


Each unit is permitted only ONE parking space
All rates subject to 9% lodging tax
All reservations subject to a resort fee and/or booking fee
Reservations for specific rooms cannot be guaranteed
A 50% deposit is required on all advance reservations
Deposits must be paid at the time of booking, or the reservation will be canceled
Payment in full is required upon the day of arrival
Payment Methods – All major credit cards accepted
No personal checks accepted
If you cancel with more than 14 days notice, you will receive a full refund, less
a $35.00 service fee . If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, you will forfeit your deposit.
No refunds for early departures
Two night minimum stay required
Three night minimum stay required on holiday weekends
Late checkouts are subject to additional fees
SORRY, NO PETS allowed on the premises
SORRY, NO SMOKING in units or within 20 feet of the units
SORRY, NO propane, gas, or other combustible grills on the property

The condo met all our expectations...well done team bellvue..One issue that should be addressed was tge internet connection...pretty spotty....we streamed the tv and we dealt with buffering all night long...very aggrevating...but other than night it was a nice cozy place to stay...thanks bellvue..

It was a very comfortable place. Being walkable to the beach was great. The staff was really nice and the room was perfect. It had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and we would definitely stay here again.

Family get away

It was a fun layout for our family. Some sleeping down stairs and some sleeping up stairs. The kids thought the loft pretty awesome. Everything was there for basic needs. Convenient enough to some walk places. Front desk staff was gone a lot so we did our best with figuring things out. When they were there they were kind.

Would live here if I could

I just loved this condo. It was beautiful and the loft bedroom was so cool. The staff is delightful. The whole stay was very relaxing. I spent some time trying to figure out how to turn the balcony light on to no avail. That was the only issue I ran into but it gave me something to do so I am not complaining! We didn’t want to leave.
