Such as the West Mendip Way, leading to panoramic views, while Ebbor Gorge and Cheddar Gorge provide dramatic limestone landscapes for hiking, rock climbing, and caving. Local amenities are also close by. Hikers can also explore trails right from the doorstep of the cottage. You'll find a well-stocked village shop and friendly pub which serves food within a 5 minute walk of the cottage.

For an underground adventure, visit Wookey Hole Caves, home to stunning rock formations and ancient legends. Cyclists can enjoy the Strawberry Line, a scenic route through the peaceful countryside. Wildlife enthusiasts will love the diverse flora and fauna in the Mendip Hills, including rare butterflies and birds of prey.

Getting Around:
Due to the remote nature of rural Somerset, a vehicle is recommended to make the most of your stay here. Off-road parking for 1 vehicle can be found on the driveway for your convenience. There is also free parking on the surrounding streets.
