Overall we were very happy with our stay. The apartment is conveniently located in the CBD with an abundance of restaurants nearby. The rates were priced very well. The only small concern is the level of noise at times at night time.

U suites is very spacious especially for big engagements. Everyone had there own space especially own bathroom for each room, which was great. Very much enjoyed our stay with the family of 8 and was suprised we didn't have noise control as we were very loud lol.

U Suites on Courtenay

We all enjoyed the accommodation and it suited our needs perfectly. The only comments we would make are that our rubbish bin had not been emptied from the previous guests but do understand that this could have been a total oversight and not at all intentional and we all did fee that it was time for a spruce up, looking a bit tired, windows need repainting etc. Overall it was a great place to stay
