The beds were comfortable and all the amenities of a home were there. We had our own pool and beach chairs and table were available.

The host was responsive to our inquiries in a quick time, usually less than 5 minutes. The site was exceptionally clean. We had a problem with the television but she responded quickly and issue was resolved.

Wonderful property that was perfect for our family. It was set up beautifully, with a well appointed kitchen. It was in a lovely quiet neighborhood, which was perfect for our family to relax together and catch up. Would definitely stay again.

Exceeded expectations!

Leanne was very helpful and communicated exceptionally well. The guest house was clean, charming and exactly as advertised. I would stay there again without question and really appreciated everything that Leanne did to make this stay as accommodating as possible.

Good and bad

The good: good location, safe neighborhood, and pretty property, quiet, comfy beds, good price. The bad: not well kept up inside (dead bugs in light fixtures, dead bulbs in multiple light fixtures, no bedside lamps, no hand towels in bath). No ability to log onto your own streaming accounts to watch TV and owner does not care to fix that (I tried, so you are stuck watching... nothing really). Good communication with host.

Dainty & Quaint

This cottage was the perfect place to spend a couple days. It is located in a lovely quiet neighborhood close to shops, restaurants and Publix. The unit is totally gated as well. A bonus is the attached garage and washer and dryer. The pictures represent the unit very well. I let Lee Ann know our nephew was going to visit and she kindly offered use of the pool as the main house wasn’t rented while we were there. Lee Ann was great to work with and very responsive to any questions we had.

Wonderful Stay

The stay at your VRBO was absolutely wonderful! The inground pool was a huge plus, and the neighborhood was nice. Getting to places was a breeze. Thoroughly enjoyed spending time with my daughter. Be sure to double check the pool for iguanas.

Great Location

The guest house is located in a lovely neighborhood, and the fenced in yard is great for dogs. It was nice to have a garage to park in. The property is close to all the Wellington equestrian show grounds.

Great host, very accommodating and easy to reach.

I needed a place to stay while selling a nearby house and this was perfect. My dog loved running free around the fenced-in acre and walks around the neighborhood. Definitely recommend it.

Property was centrally located, 30 mins-1 hr. away from places we wanted to visit. Property was well taken care of, new appliances, good working A/C and water pressure. Clean n neat. Basic kitchen tools/equipment.. Beautiful pool n sunbathing area. Would recommend.

You will not be disappointed! Large, clean guest house. Two bedrooms and large living area and kitchen were clean and bright. Yard was huge and fenced so my dogs loved it. Very clean and large pool. It was just an overall great month in Florida! LeeAnn and Farrah were so sweet.

Nice Place

The home was as advertised. The host was easy to get a hold of and great to communicate with! The one issue was that the pool needs some attention. The pool wasn’t working well, had some items that needed to be repaired. Would definitely recommend.
