Many years of great visits and this visit was no exception. The property is always clean, very well maintained and the staff is excellent. The beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect! We totally loved our stay! So many activities for the kids, an enormous indoor pool, right on rail trail, owners were fantastic, we love that it had a retro vibe, but everything was super clean. we would definitely stay here again.

We had the corner room upstairs that faced the trees. It was private, felt close to nature, pristine, simple and comfortable. We liked the easy access to the bike trail, the feeling of solitude and quiet--as well as the cleanliness, the windows, the little balcony that overlooked the trees. We would ask for the same room #30 in the future.

Had Dailey maid service, the pool was beautiful. If you are into exercise facility, i would not recommend it, needs to be brought up to speed.

The property is located in a central spot. Staff were amazing and personable. The kids loved the unique play area and we loved the tranquility of the area. The pool was clean and large and never crowded. Wish we had booked more time there!

We stayed at this hotel 25 years ago this month. We loved it then and loved it now. Staff was professional and friendly, The room was clean, comfortable and large. The hotel is conveniently located and is close to beaches, bike path and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

Even Tide was great! Check in was pleasant and quick. Our room was spotless and smelled good upon arrival. Pool and outdoor areas were fantastic. Other guests were all very nice in passing. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic Place to Get All the Places

Loved kindness of the staff, the comfort of the beds, the cuteness of the bathroom Didn’t love the ants showing up but hey . . . It happens Best part was the central location for the National Seashore and 35 minute walk to Marconi Beach. Great eats nearby, drive in is down the road, Cape Cod League games within 30 minutes

We enjoyed the staff, they were friendly and helpful. The place is right off the bike trail, which was so convenient. We also walked to the Marconi Beach (25 min) on a path through a wooded area. It was a healthy walk but we needed the exercise and the beach was beautiful. It was also nice to have a refridgerator in the room, the only minor negative was that the AC unit was a ittle quirky. The place is super family friendly.

I would give the Even’tide more than 5 stars if i could. It’s simply a lovely, comfortable property with excellent management. Our room was absolutely pristine. The little details were so appreciated- well designed space, spotless clean and soft towels, the blackout curtains that could be pulled over the blinds. We will go back!

The Motel is old school but the rooms are updated and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. They had a laundry room but it’s a walk from the Motel and is rundown and hot. It would be a big improvement to the property if the laundry was a clean place among the rooms. I heard this also from the folks that do come back. Great place if yo7 have kids.

Awesome facility

I am very happy to say Eventides is all it was advertised as and more. I was so impressed with the friendliness and cleanliness of the facility. There was also so much to do on the premises, corn hole, horseshoes, shuffleboard, mini golf, badminton. Grills to cook on, laundry facility was a huge plus. The huge indoor pool is spectacular and so clean. I honestly cant say enough about this place. We certainly will be back and i am recommending this place to everyone. Thank you Eventides forca wonderful vacation. Ten stars in my book

I honestly cannot say enough good things about our stay at the Eventide. Our room was very tiny (definitely going for a suite next year), but very clean and the fridge was bigger than a standard hotel fridge, which was so helpful for us, as we traveled with a lot of food to bring to the beach each day to save money. The in-room coffee was surprisingly excellent and at 8am you can get coffee in the lobby (this is late for us, as we have an early-rising kiddo). The grounds are meticulously maintained and so great for families with kids--lots of outdoor activities available: ladder ball, play ship, shuffleboard, horseshoes, mini golf, volleyball, basketball. Easy access to the bike trail is key. The staff was exceptional--so friendly and such hard workers keeping the place so incredibly clean. The indoor pool was lovely (also very clean). We are already looking forward to our return trip next year.

Nice place, well located

Room was very clean, we opted not to have daily room cleaning, but the people were out every morning. Bed (a Queen) was actually pretty comfortable. TV was a bit small, but I wasn't really there to watch TV. You can walk to "Marconi Beach", it's about 1.5 miles, however; you're walking through small paths in the woods. At the registration desk is a QRC code to scan which gives directions to the beach - I, of course, didn't do that. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, specifically (shock!) fish places. I would go back.
