Walk up the stairs to the good-sized deck and enter the top floor, with a large comfortable sitting area, oversized windows stretch across the entire room. To the left is the first kitchen, stocked with every amenity for the chef in you. Down the hallway is a half bath, leading to the upstairs loft bedroom. This room overlooks the second sitting area, more HUGE windows, with access down a spiral staircase. Here there are 10 foot high windows facing east and overlooking Fox Island Marsh from an elevation of 40'. Also in this wide open room there is a comfortable couch (doubles as a sleeping option) and the second kitchen, full bathroom with a shower stall.

Step outside from here in two ways: you can leave the house or enter through a side exterior door, and the other exit leads to the other sleeping areas. (This is where the outdoor breakfast nook can be found, and also the outdoor shower.). This leads to the two bedrooms on this level and the full bathroom. From there, steps lead up to the upstairs kitchen. This home offers so many options for living, lots of light and air, privacy, amazing location, and amenities galore!
