「The studio unit for our family of four is located at the top of the building. The lift stops at second floor, we have to carry the luggage one more floor up to the room. The room size is good, kitchenette is useful. However the water heater doesn’t seem to be working. The water is only warm for the first five seconds, called the reception to report the issue and it didn’t get fixed. We ended up taking cold showers.」

「Very big and convenient parking space. Cozy and modern design room, Staffs was very kind, they upgraded room for my mom to be close to the elevator. The hotel is very close to supermarket and train station. 15mins to go to Main Station!」

「何度電話してもレセプションにもルームサービスにもつながらず、仕方なくレセプションまでいきました。電話がつながらない、と伝えると、壊れているとのこと。それならチェックインのときに説明すべき。ティーパックがあるのにケトルはない、枕元にコンセントがない、電話はかからない、等、いまいちなことが多すぎるホテル。」
