Great location,very friendly and helpful staff, safe gated parking and comfy,clean bed and linens.

Room and hotel itself looked nice but a little outdated, some leftover trash from previous guest was in our room. The Starbucks drinks were not good and it took a long time although the staff was friendly. The free shuttle was nice. Casino was good/average. My friend left her coat in the room and called about 30 min after we checked out. Was told to send them a shipping label and they would return it. She sent the label that same day. After several different contacts with different people over the next week or 2 they said it finally shipped. They sent it to the wrong shipping provider even though she told them the correct one to give it to. It was “lost in the mail” because of this. Literally took over a month to straighten everything out with the shipping provider for the hotel’s mess up.

My partner and I stayed here for our anniversary and I was blown away at the cleanliness and hospitality! They truly made us feel so special. I would highly recommend staying here! This is now our go to spot to stay in the Detroit.

Clean, accessible, and well appointed hotel in the heart of Detroit. The gym was a decent size and nicely equipped for a ~30 min workout.

Could have been cleaner. Overall a good deal.
