良かった点 : 清潔度

It was okay

The location is hard to beat - walk to beach. The house was very aged and could use a make over. Kitchen accessories were dated and very used. Sliding door did not work too well. Hot tub had a mind of its own and decking is aged. House had good bones - just needs a refresh - seemed liked nothing was touched since built 25 yrs ago. Could be better and could be worse - we were there for the beach and the island, so I would give it a B-. I don’t have a lot to compare it to in the vicinity, but many houses looked worn from the outside. I’m thankful it was clean, very quiet, safe neighborhood and the beach was 100 yds.

Great Stay

Great stay for our family and pups, the home is a little older but it was plenty spacious. The Hotub is covered which is great in case of rain. The pool was our safe haven, I would recommend bringing a canopy because there is not much shade. Our only complaints were that the vents could use some cleaning, there was some mildew and the appliances are old but it worked well for us! Thank you again!

Great vacation

Place was overall very nice, had a couple things here and there that could’ve been better, but the week stay was so much fun! Especially enjoyed the screened in hot tub deck and being so close to the beach!

Location location location

Great proximity to the beach, Waves Market and Watermen’s Bar and Grill. Quiet street. Front and back porches are a very nice feature of the house but watch out for splinters! Nice glimpse of the bay and sunsets. Comfortable but rundown and outdated. Needs some improvements/upgrades and basic maintenance. For example the stovetop, washing machine and coffee maker weren’t exactly in working condition. The hot tub was a plus though.
