"The beach house well exceeded our expectations and provided a wonderful retreat for celebrating my wife's birthday. The southern location was private and quiet, but close enough to businesses to provide anything that we needed. Our hosts were very responsive and accommodated our request to extend our stay to take advantage of the superb weather. Overall, this property was one of the best rentals that we have experienced in any location. We plan to return again!"

"Great views! Easy walk to ocean. Hot tub was well maintained. Came in at the end of a hurricane and was delayed a day getting into the place but great communication from the host! "

"This is an all around great place to take your family for a beach vacation. We especially loved the outdoor space. The younger kids and adults especially liked the Lazy River. We were here during the off season and the weather was not the greatest due to hurricanes, which did not allow us to go to the beach beach for most of our trip but with the option to heat the pools it made it one of our best beach trips yet. The house was very clean and the property manager was great, very accommodating and accessible. We will definitely be staying here again. "

"The hotel was perfect and spacious. The only thing was when it rained 🌧 🙃 we got wet to the entrance to our room because of the location...maybe adding a overhang to help with not getting wet. "

"We loved our week at Outer Banks. Our extended family traveled together- ages 8 to 80. It was perfect! The beach was beautiful and felt private, as there were rarely more than 5 other families nearby. The swimming pool gave a great alternative to the waves for the kids and the hot tub was an amazing way to relax in the evenings! Had everything we needed in the kitchen and the elevator made the whole house accessible to my elderly parents. Internet signal wasn't strong, but it allowed us to disconnect from work more easily - which is a good thing on vacation! Cell reception was fine so we connected as hotspots when required. Jay was extremely receptive and available when issues arose (we had one pool concern due to blowing sands, but he managed it immediately). Highly recommended! You won't regret it!"
