A Daybreak Stay

Located in the highly sought after Waukee Daybreak neighborhood; our custom built, modern style home, is located on a quiet Cul-du-sac and perfect for couples getting away for the weekend, business executives and family getaways. The spacious open floor plan is perfect for gathering as well as a large media room with full bar in the basement. Our outdoor patio has a custom-built pergola is perfect for outdoor lounging! And don't forget, a 3-car garage too!

What a BEAUTIFUL house. Incredibly clean and a nice layout. Such a great spot for family gatherings. Everyone had their own space and privacy. This house was spotless and provided all the necessities and then some...no shortage of towels, wash cloths, kitchen supplies, etc. Andy is a super host. Extremely communicative, timely and very attentive to you. When we needed help he provided it ASAP. He even asked his neighbor (who was also super nice) to come over to deliver an item we needed. The neighborhood is new and is quiet and safe. A great spot for families, especially with little ones. They can run around outside or play on the sidewalk. Don't worry about a thing...Andy and his home will surpass expectations.

Beautiful home!

The space to gather at this house is exceptional. A large kitchen, outdoor space, living room, and family room all are cozy and well furnished areas to hang out, cook a meal, or watch the Olympics...which is what we did on the amazingly large TVs! The only slight ding on this property and thing for you to do is to make sure that you know that there are just 3 bedrooms, one of them has a king size bed and bunk beds in it. The other has a queen, and the last has a king. Make sure that space will fit for those who are coming to enjoy this home. We will certainly stay again when we are in the Des Moines area!

Only 3 bedrooms

Listing states 4 bedrooms but only 3 are available, I was told by the host that it was the only way he could showcase one room having extra beds in it. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher, only half the fridge was available to use since it was full of the hosts everyday open food items,upstairs freezer was off limits, downstairs freezer was full of meat and it seems to have spoiled and the fridge was completely full of beer. Front door was off limits, fire pit listed in the description of the property also off limits. Otherwise The property was extremely nice and tidy. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and close to everything we needed. If you only need a 3 bedroom house I definitely recommend this property!
