The home was very nice. The kitchen was well-stocked, plenty of towels, window air conditioners worked well. Our major concern was the driveway. It's exceptionally steep and has a bit of a curve. At several points, it would be easy to fall off the driveway into a rocky, deep ditch. If it weren't for our back up camera, I don't know how we would have backed out. There is no place to turn around it there is more than one car. The owner needs to put up reflectors and lights on the entire driveway.

Hunting Trip

Myself and few of my buddies rented this Air B&B for our hunting trip. Area was nice. Air B&B met our needs for our trip with a great location. Very nice spot. Would definitely recommend.

Convenient location to Watkins Glen State Park, Seneca & Keuka Lake wineries! Very clean, plenty of space for 5 adults. Highly recommend!

Was very happy with the house. Suited our needs of six adults. Perfume odor from clothes detergent was very irritating throughout house. Parking difficult for 3 cars. A small table in batroom needed for toiletries. Concerned about floor at entrance because of driveway debris. Need much larger rug. These are constructive suggestions only. Would stay again happily.

Watkins Glen Vacation

Very nice house. Clean & comfy. Great location for visiting both sides of the lake and Watkins Glen. Did notice some ants in the kitchen, only on the last day. It had been fairly rainy though. Lost power a couple of times due to storms. Once most of the night. A couple of flashlights would be helpful.

Wonderful house for a getaway.

From the beginning the owner was quick to respond when we requested the house. Also, quick to answer any questions we had beforehand. When we arrived at house everything was as planned and the house was beautiful! The house is on a quiet street and has a beautiful view of Lake Seneca from the front window. The house is located just minutes from everything around the lake, restaurants, wineries, shopping, etc.. The check out process was super easy, and the owner was very helpful throughout our stay when we had a question. Overall, we had an awesome time there and the house was amazing! I would recommend it to anyone.

Weekend getaway

This was my first experience renting a house so I was a bit nervous. Casey was wonderful to deal with and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I could not have chosen a better place and look forward to return visits. The house was spotless. They made sure we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Location was just minutes away from town. I give this place five stars. Thank you Casey for making our stay enjoyable and easy!!!!

we thought the home was nice, clean, convenient, and well stocked. only issue was we noticed an odor in the living room area that caused us to keep the windows open, and at some points spend time in the back bedroom. we notified owner when we left and they quickly answered with concern, so, hopefully they can take care of it for future guests. owner was very responsive.

The perfect escape

Upon entry to the open concept kitchen, dining, and living room the focal point clearly being Seneca Lake. The 2 bedrooms just off the living room, had plenty of space and storage. Two full bathrooms made it much easier to prepare for the day. Finally the master suite was very spacious with a walk in closet. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone traveling to watkins glen.

Comfortable and spacious

The property was ideal for our purposes, girls getaway to explore Seneca Lake wineries. The kitchen, living room, bathrooms and bedrooms were all good size and the furniture was very comfortable. The property appeared newly renovated and it seems the finishing touches are not yet complete as it would benefit from more TVs, mirrors, and end tables. This seemed to be reflected in the price. The kitchen and bathrooms were amply stocked. Communication could be improved by more instructions on checkout procedures. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

This is a nice home in a good location. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was neat and clean. The only minor criticism is that there are no dressers in the bedrooms so you can't unpack.

Great stay!

My family stayed here for my wedding weekend. Casey was extremely easy to get ahold of leading up to the day and was great about letting us check out late so we could get ready there on my wedding day! It has a beautiful view and is a stone’s throw form downtown Watkins! Everything is new and updated and there is tons of closet space. It was perfect!

A good place for my family

We able to safely care for my wife whose primary mobility is provided by wheelchairs. We use a van with a Braun Ability side entry ramp to travel and a power chair for entry into the van and entry into buildings. Inside we use a small manual transport wheelchair. We were able to get her in and out of the home with the power chair and move here around the inside of the home with the transport chair. The home was not advertised as being wheelchair accessible and I would state that it is not accessible for most persons who have limited mobility. The use of the bathrooms where a challenge and the height of beds also presented challenges. We were able to care for my wife in the home because we carried our own portable ramp and a portable toilet seat that had side handles which fit over the toilet. We also had a portable grab bar mounted on an aluminum plate which we used to help get her in and out of the bed. We do appreciate that we were close enough to get to all of the events for the wedding with limited travel.
