Surrounded by trees and just one mile from downtown, this cozy home is close to it all—Watkins Glen State Park, Watkins Glen International, Captain Bill's Cruise, and the area's incredible wineries are all just minutes away.

Inside, you'll find a warm and welcoming space designed for relaxation. The open floor plan makes it easy to gather and enjoy time together, with the kitchen, dining area, and living room flowing seamlessly from one to the next. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and bake your favorite meals, and the breakfast bar is the perfect place to sip your morning coffee or a glass of local wine while chatting with the chef. Enjoy family-style dinners around the dining table, then settle into the cozy living area to unwind after a day of exploring. Large windows offer glimpses of Seneca Lake, and in the fall, the hillside views burst into color.

Watkin' Lakeside comfortably sleeps your group with three bedrooms and three bathrooms spread throughout the home. Two king bedrooms are located on the main floor, while the lower-level bedroom offers a queen bed and bunk beds—ideal for kids or additional guests. With three full bathrooms, everyone will have their own space to get ready for the day.

You'll also find plenty of games to keep the fun going after dark. Challenge your group to a friendly competition and let the winner pick the “wine of the night.”

Perfect location, beautiful home

The house offers numerous places to relax and spend quality family time, both indoors and outdoors. The kitchen is well-appointed, the bedrooms are spacious, and there's plenty of games on the shelves and in the game room to entertain everyone! The location offers stunning views of Lake Seneca, and is minutes from downtown!
