Close to The Waterville Hotel, Bar and Restaurant, McConnell's store with the best Steak and Italian Sandwiches anywhere along with fishing gear, and Happy Acres Bar and Restaurant with the best Ribeye and Prime rib. This could be combined with Deer cabin next door to add another kitchen, bathroom, and living room that sleeps 6. You will need to bring your own bedding, blankets, and towels Come experience a lovely and enjoyable stay at our gorgeous property. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

The door will be open with keys on the counter in the kitchen. There is a book with information there also. You will need to bring sheets and towels. When accessing Little Pine Creek you will need to do so to the left of the trout cabin and exit there also. Happy Acres Restaraunt is to the right when getting back on the road. Please be considerate of the neighbors and keeping noise levels to a minimum. have the place cleaned up with all dishes, pots and pans, and silverwear cleaned and put away.
