「One of the best boutique hotels I have stayed at! We were passing through Shymkent Kazakhstan and found this lovely place. Hotel staff were pleasant and kind. Definitely did not disappoint! We would stay here again! 10/10」

「A great, modern, clean and comfortable place to stay. The bed even had a feather topper which was great. Top notch place to stay in Shymkent」

「Good hotel」

「Hotel nuovo, super pulito e arredato con gusto. Si respira aria fresca, personale cordiale e colazione buona. Super consigliato.

「In general, it is a good new hotel, but... when i was checking-in i was told that there was no room booked on my name even though i paid it in advance. Later they told me that they do not work with Expedia (where i booked this hotel) and asked me to pay for my stay. Of course, i refused because i already paid and couldn't cancel it. It was late night. They let me to stay and promised to solve the problem next morning. However, when i was checking out they told me that i must pay for my stay...
