"Staff was very helpful. Room was clean. But terribly in need of an “update”. Beds were good but furniture and carpet were old and worn out! I love Embassy Suites but was shocked to see this one in such a state of disrepair!"

"1. Front desk staff- rude and condescending-not helpful. 2. Breakfast was horrible- peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Would not replenish items for breakfast. Staff would close breakfast off an hour before time was posted 3. Shower pressure was a trickle and hot water took along time to luke warm. 4. Ice machine not working. 5. Only 1 elevator working."

"The room was clean and very nice. Hotel staff that handled check in was friendly and quick. The only negative experience was at check out. The staff that helped with check out seemed annoyed when I approached the counter, but they did handle my check out quickly, just not very friendly. I would still book a room here again. "
