「Communication with Katherine was nonexistent. She messaged me 4 days before our arrival with the lockbox code, but that was it. I replied the same day with a follow-up question - no response. I sent a message the day we arrived saying we could not stay there due to the conditions inside the house - no response. 「The property in on a beautiful piece of land and we saw deer each night. Beds were comfortable too. The place looked out of the 70’s and tired. Adequately equipped with towels, no soap at all even hand soap which we never thought of bringing other than our bath soap and shampoo. Bathroom sink had cigarette stains and it made it look dirty. Had a coffee pot but no filters so we would have had to buy some for 2 night stay. In comparison to a b&b we usually stay at that was full that weekend- it...
