「Perfect location close to campus. 」

「Great location, big, sleeps 11 comfortably, host is very accommodating, the only bad thing is it was dirty when we arrived, called host and they sent someone to change the sheets clean bathroom etc. if it would have been clean when we got there I would of given them a perfect rating. 」

It was conveniently located only 1 mile from Boston Children's Hospital, the reason for our stay. Communication with the hosts was good. Our major issue was with internet connectivity which, though advertised, was not available due to faulty equipment - a serious problem for us as we both work remotely, and have a number of items urgently requiring...

「This was a lovely bottom duplex in a quiet neighborhood. An off the street parking space is included. Yet while it is a residential street there are several restaurants in walking distance and less than five minutes to a large outdoor mall with lots of chain restaurants. The apartment itself is spotless. The kitchen is well stocked with what you need. Laundry is in the basement, so to use it you must be able to do some steps, but it worked well. 」

「The apartment is really nice, clean and in a good location. It is managed by a property management company and the check in process is complicated. They have a separate portal to make payments, etc which his different from VRBO so make sure you are clear on how you are paying. 」
