Well appointed and updated house in a Quiet neighborhood

Carlita our host was easy to work with and very kind stocking the house with great snacks for my kids before we arrived. The house was bright/updated and spotless. Thank you for allowing us to book your property!

On street parking available, grocery store within walking distance, and only about two miles from capital. Manager was attentive, quick to communicate and very friendly.

Great stay close to Capitol building

This was a great place to stay for my family of 5 on our 5 day trip to Washington DC. Most days, we drove to the Minnesota Ave Metro station, which has cheap parking and reasonable transportation in and out of the DC mall area.The property was great. There were 3 large beds and a futon. We were nervous about the parking but had no problems while we were there.The host was amazing. Clear communication, easy check-in and check-out. She even had special snacks for my kids when we got in late. It was a great place in a decent location with easy access to the things we wanted to see most.

Weekend Trip to DC

The property was very clean and updated. The property manager went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. It was a little further from the Mall than I thought, but we had no trouble getting around.
