Guest Access:
Enjoy an unforgettable getaway in our apartment. Keep fit in the fully equipped gym or gather your friends for a delicious barbecue. Convenient Parking Hassle-free parking available for just $20 per night, ensuring easy access and peace of mind, only 1 parking spot. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area.
Relax and unwind in our welcoming pool area. Wristbands are required for access and are available for $10 per day.
The Neighborhood:
You will be located at National Landing which is is comprised of three thriving neighborhoods: Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard. You will have also the best transportation network in the Washington, DC area, Only minutes from downtown.
Getting Around:
Walking distance of Reagan National airport (one stop from the station), the Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations, and the Virginia Railway Express.
Other Things to Note:
We Host provides basic products for personal care and cooking for the first nights.
For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete this process before your arrival. Please note that if the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, we will unfortunately need to cancel your reservation
Parking Guidelines: only 1 parking spot. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. please park in the designated space. Use your parking pass to park in the building garage. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit
The pool is available daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and offers the perfect spot to relax and unwind!
⚠️ Only guests wearing the wristband are allowed to use the pool. Lost or damaged wristbands incur a 100USD replacement fee. So keep them safe and dive into your vacation fun!
We provide a set of towels for each guest registered in your unit. Please be aware that we do not provide additional towels beyond the initial set provided at the start of your stay.
Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (October 15 - May 1) Air conditioning in full operation (May 15 - October 1) Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property.
As part of our commitment to ensuring the safety of our community, we ask that you complete a screening process.

Interaction with Guests:
You will be provided with towels, shampoo, and soap (will only be provided for your arrival 2 toilet paper rolls, and small shampoo and soap).
We do not provide wash cloth.
Parties or a high volume of sound that causes annoyance to neighbors is not allowed in the unit, if this rule is ignored, the building may fine you.
Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (Oct 15 - May 1) AC in full operation (May 15 - Oct 1) Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the Building association according to the outside temperature.
If you lose the keys or the fob of the property, keep in mind that we will charge you $250.
