While the property is in a great location and in good shape the communication either with the property management and vrbowas terrible. It is listed for sleeping 6. We were a family of 5. I texted property manager before booking as I was assured this was a technical error and they would remove/reimburse the charge. Once booked they said the error was on VRBO s system and refused to address. VRBO said the error was the property mgr. so I was bounced around for a month with no resolution. We kept the booking because it was too late for a refund. We will no longer book thru VRBO and while the apt was just fine we will not stay here again. You have lost a loyal customer.
Only issue we encountered was the sink in the bathroom getting clogged ( one of the bathrooms only)

Nice, modern 2bdrm apt unit. No dining table. A little struggle for a family of 5, but doable. Close to WMATA train/bus station. Parking was very stressful for the first couple days. Only 2 parking stalls for an entire, multi-unit building. 2-hr street parking ok at night, but needed other alternatives during the day (WMATA lot and end-of-the-line lot). Would consider staying here again.

When we entered the unit at check in time, there was a pile of sheets on the coffee table, a load of sheets and towels in the dryer, and another (wet) load in the washer. Several light bulbs were missing or burned out. When I texted these issues to the number provided, I never got a response; no response when I emailed the contact I had, either. I ended up folding and putting away laundry.
Kitchen was not well stocked. There was a limited number of plates, bowls, forks and spoons. I had specifically asked about the numbers of these items a month before the stay because I was serving a meal, and had been assured there was plenty of everything. A pitcher to chill water would have been nice, too.
There are 24 steps to this unit, which should be noted on the listing. It was a challenge to those in my group who were older.
