SHORT-TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT
All guests must sign our Short-Term Rental Agreement upon booking. It includes key details like check-in/out times, house rules, and other important stay information.
PET FRIENDLY - Dogs under 50 lbs (up to 2 dogs total) are welcome to stay for an additional fee of $100 per pet per stay. No cats are allowed at this time. At the moment of booking, please let us know how many pets you plan to bring with you. For any subsequent pets, we will request an additional $100 per pet. All pet fees must be paid prior to check in.
EARLY/LATE CHECK-IN REQUESTS:
Requests for early check-ins and later check-outs are subject to booking calendar availability
For earlier check-in and later check-outs within 1 hour, it is complimentary
For earlier check-ins and later check-outs within 2+ hours, a $50 cleaning service fee will be automatically charged.
Please note that while we do our very best to assist with accommodating requests for earlier check-ins and later check-outs, this is not always available due to back to back same day reservation bookings and all requests are subject to availability. We appreciate your understanding!
