House is near the heart of everything. The house is near the basilica which is one of the biggest tourism attraction. There are stores and Michelin restaurants near the house. The house comes full well equipped with towels, shower gels, shampoo, toilet papers and even a full speed internet.

Do not trust the host

I spoke with the host on several occasions and kept her informed about the number of people in our party, it was to be no less than 8 no more than 10 idividuals, she reassured me it would not matter, that the house could handle 10 people and there would be no difference in price. When we finally got to DC and was checking in we were informed there would be an increase of $300.00 to our cost. We were 10 people and feared not being able to find another place or her keeping our money so we paid it. Do yourself a favor....go elsewhere as you cannot trust this woman period. I promise you. I have all the text communications screen shot and i intend to look into sueing for the additional cost as it was definitely an unfair trade act. us

Terrible Host

Do Not Stay Here, the Host is not trustworthy! The Host contacted us last minute saying we had to pay an additional $300 because we had too many people & Vrbo charged us wrong. We confirmed with Vrbo we paid the correct amount. The Host bullied us in paying the additional money by threatening to cancel our reservation and saying she had another group ready to pay the full amount. The Host also lied, saying there were 2 pullout sofas and there were none. There were actually 2 air mattresses instead with no bedding. So the extra people we had to pay the additional charge for didn't have actual beds to sleep on. The Host was terrible to deal with and the neighborhood was not the best. The property was nice and clean.

Spring Break

We showed up expecting to have two pull out sofas as advertised. We found out there were actually 2 air mattresses instead. But no bedding was provided for them. Kitchen utensils and dishes are very limited as well. Overall the property was really nice and the host was very responsive. Just would have liked to have bedding for everyone!

The property was great, but the owner notified at the last moment, the same day we were supposed to arrive, that she was going to charge an additional 320 dollars because we were too many people and she had another person ready to pay more, otherwise she was not going to rent us the house. The property ad said that it was fit for 10 people and we were clear from the very beginning that we were a family of ten.

Great place for a great weekend.

The host was helpful with communicating the location, entrance, and exit details. The rental was in a good location, with easy access to restaurants, attractions, and the airport. The house itself was amazing. Relaxing, comforting, and plenty of space. The only downside was the partially glass front door, allowing passersby a potential view inside at night if the lights were on. It was a minor detail, but the other features and amenities outweighed that. I would recommend this rental and use it again if I return to DC.
