Fun area of DC. In Washington’s U Street corridor, you’ll find tons of history—from Civil War to jazz legends—with lots of shopping, dining, and nightlife. Close Metro (subway) access or quick Uber/Lyft/Taxi to all the DC has to offer. A brand new Whole Foods is steps away!

The lower level is a separate unit, and we are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a rowhome.

Some drawers are locked to store homeowner’s belongings.
• Guests within 50 miles from DC must message us before booking.

• No party. No pre-game. No gathering event. One or two close friends or family members are okay to come visit.

• Quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM seven days a week.

• Loud speaker to play loud music is prohibited at any time.

• No shoes around the house.

• No smoking [Violation fee: $300 x total number of nights]

• Number of overnight guests exceeds the reservation [Fee: $30/person x total number of nights]

• Unauthorized late checkout past 11:00 AM [Fee: $100/extra hour to cover cleaner’s cost]

• Left the home sticky/dirty or requires a deep cleaning [Fee: $200 to cover cleaner’s cost]
