Capitol Hill Art-Filled Home, 5-Min Walk to Metro!

Welcome to our luxurious townhome in Capitol Hill! Our home is across the street from Eastern Market and a short walk to the Capitol. Enjoy one of DC's most vibrant neighborhoods, with a farmer's market and fantastic restaurants, all within walking distance to many of DC's top attractions and two blocks from a metro station. Our home has a chef's kitchen, premium beds, and a quiet patio.

Our property features two bedrooms, one with a Duxiana king bed, and the other with a twin-over-full bunk bed. The house also has two living spaces, both with a sofa that someone could sleep on (although they are not pull-outs). We also have an available twin air mattress and pack ‘n play upon request.

The kitchen features a Wolf double oven and range, Sub-zero refrigerator, and Sub-zero wine fridge.


The house has a separate garden studio apartment, which has a queen bed. The unit is only accessible from a separate door outside the house, in front, and does not share the back patio. It is possible that this unit will be occupied by another guest (or the owner) during your stay. If you'd like to book both units, please let us know!
