Enjoy a peaceful stay in my newly renovated one bedroom English Basement apartment, just blocks from the National Mall, Eastern Market, and Capitol Building. It sits in the heart of Capitol Hill, a stunning neighborhood surrounded by some of the best restaurants, markets, and transportation hubs in the city.

PLEASE NOTE: (1) This unit is only appropriate for guests looking for a relatively quiet stay. Loud music or other loud noise is not permitted at any time. The owner resides on the property. (2) Parties and events of any size are strictly prohibited and quiet hours commence at 10PM. (3) In general, maximum occupancy (including the outdoor space) is limited at all times to the number of individuals on your reservation (no visitors) unless you've obtained prior approval. (4) The space is professionally cleaned prior to your stay, but it is a pet friendly space and may not be suitable to those with allergies.
