"First I would like to say we’ve stayed here many times and had a great experience on every one of those occasions, but on this trip, we stayed in a room that we’ve never stayed in before. It was terrible. The plywood sheeting under the carpet was buckled and had holes in it. The floor above our room was in the same condition and every step of the people above was a hammer fall. It was a long night. There was a mechanical room below for the elevator, it vibrated everything in our room for long periods of time, and when It finally stopped, it was only a few minutes before it started up again. Don’t stay in room 226. It’s not worth what we paid. On a positive note, the included breakfast was great as usual, the pool was a blast and they always have clean towels."

"Our room had just a trickle of water in the sink. There was only lukewarm water in the tub/shower and the bathroom had no soap or shampoo initially. It was inconvenient not to be able to pay in cash or be able to charge meals or drinks to the room."

"Not equipped for cooking. The guest room they put me in smelled of smoke even though it was nonsmoking. The other room wasn’t much better. It has a musty smell. It looked like it had been clean but it smelled old and gross. "

"Restaurant ✅ Great! Staff! ✅ Great! Facilities…….oh no no no. Beds might as well been surplus from the local jail. Horrible, rooms poorly designed with a $10 budget . If you’re looking for something close to the beach this is perfect. If you’re a traveler that likes to spend a lot of time in the room. This place will make you miserable"
