A museum by Tado Ando changed for the right reasons into a hotel far away from no where... the air conditioning is so loud that makes you very uncomfortable sleeping with it’s grilling sound. If you’re a golfer, heavy sleeper and wished to stay a night in a museum that’s the place to be

As you check in on the 13th floor it would be helpful to have a clearer sign in the entrance foyer. Apart from that we enjoyed the stay, the room and facilitates. It is conveniently located for many shops ahd restaurants and for the tram. Breakfast was a good selection of foods, mainly Japanese. Room cleaning is organised before 8am via an app on the TV, which we kept forgetting, so bear that in mind each day that you stay.

Basic, small, inexpensive hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, good location. No onsite parking, no elevator, shared bathrooms and showers. Comfortable.

"Good location for Matsuyama. Easy to get to the castle or shopping area, and right in front of a tram station (within 2 minute walk). Quiet despite in front of the large avenue. The bus station to distant locations such as Osaka or Kurashiki is next door."
