Central location - train station, tourist attractions, cafe and restaurants are nearby. Small cosy studio, everything you might need for a short stay is there. Good communication via chat. Check-in instructions were provided the morning of my arrival, so do not worry if you don't have instructions in advance.

Location is great

Location is very good with both Metro lines close by, shopping and the view over Cultural Palace. There was a lot of ”racing traffic” one of the nights, but it was mostly calm. + View and location. + Sofa bed works well for 1 adult and 1 child or a couple. - WIFI is so bad it is better not to use it. - Hard to get the living room dark.

The property was excellently located with a wonderful view of the centre of town. The hosts were very communicative, and even let us leave our luggage at their office after we checked out free of charge. For the price, I think this property was excellent value and I would be more than happy to stay here again.

Well the bed was broken. And I emailed them but did not get a response at all! The shower was clogged and drained very poorly. Most of all after leaving there I had BED BUG bites on me and my GF. Didn’t see them there. Can’t say it was 100% that as I travelled on a plane after too. But most likely was here. Location was good. And price. But I dunno. Fair warning.

Hidden jewel

From outside it looked a bit suspicious but don't judge the book by covers. Inside is renovated, well equipped and really clean. The location is amazing and the view from the window spectacular. Bathroom was a bit narrow and tight for my size of a guy but I could manage. Definitely thinking this for the next visit

Great studio apartment. Clean and easy to access. Would recommend this place to friends. Just to note that the washing machine has no dryer function though it was indicated on the listing. Do check with the owner if u really need a dryer!

This property has a nice view and is very centric. Advertised parking in the street was impossible, do not count on it. The house condition was poor: horrible pillows, bad maintained shower a dirty and rusty. Pans and knifes deteriorated , I could not cut a piece of bread with it. Also to open the apartment was a hassle: 3 keys. It took me about 10 minutes to do so. Maybe better instructions are needed. I would not stay here again.

Just meh

The property is very conveniently located, so that's an asset. Mind that it's next to a very busy route and the windows don't block the noise well, so prepare for a noisy stay. The room itself was ok, but I'd say that refurbishment is long overdue. You have the cheapest ikea furniture which is broken and chipped, so even though it was dusted, it looked poor. Sofa was not cleaned with leftover hair. The bathroom was clean, so I'd say it was the best part of the place. One of the blinders was broken and nobody bothered to repair it, so I had to sleep with a sleep mask to block the street light. What I really appreciated was the access to the washing machine and a small vacuum cleaner. Overall, it's ok, but I think it's shameful that owners charge you not a small amount for staying in a small, noisy room with chipped furniture and dirty sofa bed.

Impossible to find the building as there are no numbers on the outside. Didn't get the codes until well after we arrived. Trying to send me this informnation when I don't have internet connection standing outside the building isin't much help. No information was given that I would need a device that had internet connection to access anything. Badly planned..
