This hotel surpassed all expectations. The staff was nice and friendly and informed us of all the amenities the hotel had to offer. The room was very clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and had lots of choices. We definitely will return the next time we are visiting Warsaw.

The staff at the front desk were especially helpful answering my questions and securing Uber rides for me. Once staff, Weronica, was patient and helpful whenever I needed assistance. The elevator system was new to me and very efficient. The breakfast buffet was very amply supplied with a variety of items. Overall, it was a very good stay and I would stay there again.

Great stay in Warsaw! Location was excellent, staff were really friendly and helpful. It’s close to Fabryka Norblina, which was perfect for food and entertainment in the evenings. Would stay again.

The room was okay, but air conditioning was really loud, and the sound of police cars outside was quite loud at times. Breakfast was not very big. The location was really good, metro and tram right outside, and nice neighbourhood. The Food Town near by was a good place to hang out and eat.

We were only here at the hotel for 1 night to be closer to the airport. Great stay and would definitely stay here again if in Warsaw. Staff was wonderful and we were offered early check in. The room was modern and clean. Buffet breakfast was amazing and so much selection. It’s a shame we had an early flight and had to rush and have only a quick bite. Definitely recommend this hotel.
