"To start, the pool was not open when we arrived and that was the main reason for choosing this location. The elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor, got to the room and it was super outdated and smelly. We did not have an ice bucket in the room, amd the ice machine was not working. We had coffee in the room with no coffee maker. We then went to use the vending machine later in the night and that was also out of order. For the price i paid, that was one of the worst hotel experiences i have ever had. I feel like that deserves some money back."
