「My daughter and I stayed here because we were in town for The Mud Girl Run. The house had all the basics that we needed. Communication with Earl, the host, was phenomenal. 「The place was super cute and had all the amenities we were looking for. I would recommend a better cleaning service. The stove had a spray all over that that seems like it was forgotten to be taken off. And the fridge smelled very bad. 「This is the second stay for my family at Brookside. What we enjoy most is having access to 370+ acres which includes fish ponds and paths for meandering. 「Great house! Tons of room on 3 different levels so our large family could spread out. The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised that there are 2 full refrigerators, 2 stoves and 3 ovens. The host is super responsive and he has a local handyman who lives in the development in case something comes up. We didn’t need his services but it was nice to know he was there if we did.」
