Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes und gepflegtes Appartement mit herrlichem Blick vom (kleinen) Dachbalkon auf den Yachthafen. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die zeitweilig vom vorbeifließenden Straßenverkehr verursachte Geräusch- und Geruchsbelästigung.
