This quirky and contemporary beach bach is situated to maximize outdoor areas with an expansive lawn area and stunning coastal water views. Smokey (the cat) welcomes you to his family's surf pad to join him in a relaxed, chilled out holiday.
The property is located along the renowned Surf Highway 45, close to the replica Cape Egmont Light House/Museum and the real lighthouse. Enjoy Friday dinner at the nearby Cape Egmont Boat Club, open from Labour Weekend through to Easter.
