Stayed for a week to unwind after a two week cycling tour. We booked a suite for the extra space but what we were allocated was better described as a 2 bed apartment (just as good). It was tucked away at the back of the complex in a corner of one of the well maintained gardens . Initially we were not overly impressed by the outlook but it grew on us as we enjoyed the large terrace and quietness. Rooms are a good size and clean. Fittings basic but functional. The A/C units (1 in each of the bedroom) were effective. Plenty of hot water for the showers and adequate wardrobe space and hangers in the 2 bedrooms. The friendly staff came around regularly with glass bottles of water and took away the empties. However they didn't enter the room to clean. We had to request this and leave the key with reception. Not a problem, but would have been good it this had been made clear when we arrived. Pool area very nice but only around 10 sun beds. Some days the pool was quiet but occasionally a rush of people would arrive so another half dozen would have eased the availability issues. The hotel location is good with the beach and a number of restaurants close by (we didn't use the onsite restaurant at all). Very convenient for the airport. Overall it exceeded our expectations when compared to the much more expensive accommodation we stayed in during our tour.
