"The grounds are very nice. The room was big enough and adequate. However, there were several bugs in the room , including a big spider. The staff removed it for me, but it shouldn't have been there in the first place. The bed was comfy. However, it wasn't possible to pull up the shades to look out of the window because the electric cable to operate them was broken."

"Here’s a simple, natural review: Overall, our stay was nice, and we enjoyed the hotel. The only major issue was that there was no running water. I’m not sure if this was a city-wide issue or a problem with the hotel, but we couldn’t shower or even use the sink, so we had to leave that same night. I expected the hotel to offer some kind of discount or compensation for the inconvenience, but nothing was offered. I hope management considers handling situations like this better in the future."

"Breakfast was great. Pool was small. Fire evacuation wasn’t coordinated or communicated by staff at all."
