Having two separate houses spaces to get together space to spread out space for those 15 to 86 to decide what their vacation looks like is incredible. Super clean modern and welcoming. "The home was ideal for our visit to the Finger Lakes. It was an easy drive to get to Hammondsport, Watkins Glen and Penn Yan. Lots of wineries and restaurants in the area. House had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms all well stocked with towels and soap. Lots of places to sit and gather both inside and out. View of the lake was gorgeous. We visited in the Fall so we didn’t go on the lake but canoe, kayak and peddle boat were provided. Lots of good info provided in the guest book and responses to questions were prompt. Would definitely recommend!"

"Painted Quail is absolutely a five star. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is amazing, the view is spectacular and the finger lakes are a must see! Our weather was gorgeous and we had an absolutely wonderful 31st wedding anniversary. Will definitely be returning in the spring. "
