Daniels Delight is a warm, modern home designed for year-round comfort. A wood-burning fire in the living room and a heat pump in the kitchen ensure the house stays cosy through the colder months, while large sliding doors and good indoor-outdoor flow help keep things cool in summer. The home is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxed and convenient stay.

The kitchen has all the essentials for preparing meals, which can be enjoyed at the large dining table—ideal for gatherings with family or friends.

The master bedroom, located just off the living area, features a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite. Three additional bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements—two with queen beds and one with twin beds—all with built-in wardrobes.

In addition to the ensuite, a centrally located family bathroom with a shower and vanity, along with a separate toilet, serves the home. A laundry with a washing machine is available for guest use.

There is plenty of space to unwind both indoors and out. The private backyard includes a BBQ and outdoor dining area, while the front deck—with comfortable seating—offers uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains.

While the garage is not available, the driveway has space for multiple vehicles and a boat.

The property is a 15–20-minute walk from Wanaka township, with most local attractions a short drive away. Après Bar and Restaurant is just a 2-minute walk, and The Stoaker Room is 5 minutes on foot.
