"The location was good, not great. The city is busy and the hotel was located two blocks off the main drag on a cul de sac which was nice, but on the opposite side was a freeway. Having said that, I was first checked in to a room right off said freeway and I'm sorry, but too noisy for me. The staff were very accommodating, though, and gave me a room much quieter. Having said that, though, although much quieter, the door in this room would not close on its own, but rather had to be pulled shut. Not good for security. Also, the coffee amenity for the room was terrible! Small coffee pot for barely a cup, and cheap coffee at that. I expect more! Thankfully the coffee bar in the lobby was nice, though having to go down first thing in the morning was inconvenient. Not cool. I'm really not hard to please and don't want to be negative here. All things considered, the hotel was clean and in a good location, reasonably priced, and the amenities were good. But the staff were great. Friendly, efficient, accommodating, and very personable, they were great."

"We got into Vegas pretty late and were planning to leave early the next morning for Zion, so the room was decent for a one-nighter, but I would be pretty unsatisfied if we stayed longer. The neighbourhood was a little run-down and the hotel itself seemed very outdated. The room definitely needed a face-lift."

"Had a great 4 night stay here. The house is centrally located in Vegas and was comfortable for our family of 4. The pool was fun to lounge in and by, the backyard felt very private, and the amenities were all very nice. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"The place was very clean and lots of nice upgrades. However, it's not a townhouse, at least not in the traditional sense. It's a very well done, but converted 2 car garage. Not big enough for 4 adult size people. My kids are grown teens, and we were too close to be comfortable."
