「I would not stay there again when we arrived there was no one there to check us in. There was a bell left on the desk and we rang it but no one came to help us. We waited over 10 minutes. The beds and pillows were old and uncomfortable and the facilities needed an upgrade. It was decently clean but they will not receive my business again. 」

「It's a beautiful hotel and our stay in a pet friendly cottage was great. It's a fast 10min to downtown Walla Walla and we went down for a quick dinner. Since we booked in Expedia, we didn't realize the restaurant would be closed Sunday night. Disappointing but maybe an excuse for another trip! 「The staff was very communicative and friendly, especially when I texted our time of arrival and they texted right back. Very welcoming when we arrived, offering different accommodations if we needed them (since the number in our party had changed since we made reservations).Our room was very clean with a mid-century modern vibe-fun! The beds and bedding were very comfortable and cozy. Would love to return soon and would highly recommend your stay!」
