Eleven friends, one weekend, no kids! We booked this house for a wine tasting weekend, and we are now old enough that we can’t handle weekends on fold-out couches. The property was a dream, it really is just as beautiful as it looks in the listing, there’s no exaggeration. Even with three bedrooms on one floor, you can’t hear anyone else, the AC kept things wonderfully cool, and we had enough spaces for small or large group hangouts. The pool was the perfect temperature and we spent hours every day in it, and the yard and gardens are wonderfully established and beautiful. We felt secluded but we were half a mile from downtown, and it was easy to get to the highway to go out to wineries. Shannon, the property manager, was so helpful and responsive when we had questions, and even offered to bake our lasagna at her place when the oven wasn’t working!
