「The microwave was dirty the headboards were all tore up the floors were actually dirty spilled some water and went to clean it up and the paper towels came back up off the floor Brown and it was only water the bathtub was nasty and would not hold water to be able to take a bath had to scrub the bathtub in order to take a bath the internet sucked which made the TV not work could not have TV all night or morning their pet friendly but it cost you $10 a dog but if they're pet friendly it should be...

「I would not stay there again when we arrived there was no one there to check us in. There was a bell left on the desk and we rang it but no one came to help us. We waited over 10 minutes. The beds and pillows were old and uncomfortable and the facilities needed an upgrade. It was decently clean but they will not receive my business again. 」

「The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which we really appreciated. Everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful, and it made our stay feel very welcoming.
One thing I did want to mention is the floor in our room. There was a rough spot that both my daughter and son stepped on and ended up cutting their feet. It might be something worth taking a look at so no one else gets hurt in the future.
