「What a fantastic weekend stay at The Mill at Glynhir. Our hosts Matt and Helen were so hospitable nothing was too much trouble. Though we were only there for 2 nights we felt like we had known them for years! Their attention to detail was spot on. From the miniature toiletries/dental kits etc Through to the chocolate goodie Jar. The breakfast was amazing. We will definitely be going back.!」

「This was such a find! Stayed one night with friends in a private room while we hiked in the Brecon Beacons and it was perfect for what we needed. Perks included - plenty of drying rooms (it rained the whole time we were there so this was very much needed!), restaurant and bar, cosy lounge with fire and board games, and a sink in the room. Easy to find, plenty of parking, and great location. If I'm in the area again I will definitely come back.」

「Thank you for our lovely stay. We just came back from our 2nights stay and the place is absolutely stunning and would highly recommend. Rooms perfect with en suite and views when sat outside were amazing. Loved watching the red kites . Central to all walking spots and hosts were friendly and nothing wasnt too much trouble for them. 」

「Lovely accommodation, with friendly staff who were very polite and helpful. The room was very tidy and clean, the only con would be the mattress was slightly uncomfortable with old springs. We overlooked that as the property was perfect for us. 」

「Huge room - well and comfortably furnished Bathroom well equipped as was the tea/coffee facilities . Pleasant bar and breakfast (Continental only provided) was pretty good - although would benefit from more ambitions bread options rather than just sliced! Overall excellent and would recommend.」

「My husband and I had a really lovely stay at the Usk & Railway Inn, from the friendly greeting at check in, the clean, good sized and comfortable room, with a good complimentary tray of tea, coffee and biscuits, and toiletries, to the superb evening meal (a fantastic Sunday roast), we had a wonderful nights sleep. It was finished off by a hearty cooked breakfast, which we both thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you both, you’re great hosts. 」

「Quirky cottage. Very quiet and peaceful as tucked away down a very long driveway with only sheep, pigs and horses as neighbours. 」

「Firstly let me start with the positive and move on to the negative on arrival the staff could not be more helpful and polite then up to the room very clean and well presented with a massive comfy bed we then went down into the Bistro to enjoy a lovely cooked meal once again with great services I know I said id move on to the Negative but there wasn't any, but it made you read the whole review ! would highly recommend this Hotel 」
