Clean and spacious rooms, though the lighting could be improved — our room felt a bit too dark, not sure if that is intentional or that it is the style of the building. The facility is great and has a welcoming atmosphere. Food at the bar was delicious. It’s within walking distance of most places, about 15 minutes from the central hub, but we didn’t find that inconvenient.

I had an incredible stay at the Ritz-Carlton in Berlin and the highlight of my trip. The staff are the best I’ve come across, incredible attention to detail, highly intelligent and intuitive.
Special thanks to Domenico who was incredibly kind to all guests and you can tell how passionate he is about being hospitable and making everyone’s stay a wonderful experience. Many thanks also to Mandeep for their attentiveness without being claustrophobic. I mentioned in passing that I had a slight headache, and one of the staff got me special gadget that releases tension and improves sleep. Right to the doormen, smiles and care all around. Excellent team.
