Bring your boat or racecars (room for relatively large trailers but I wouldn't suggest a full semi as turns would be too difficult). The space
Master bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has a full bed and 3rd bedroom has bunk beds with full on bottom and twin on top. Dining table seats 8 as well as seating for 4 at kitchen bar. Pool area has table for 6, 2 lounge chairs, 2 adirondack chairs and a couch with seating for 4.

Dock is on a canal that leads to Lake Santa Fe, one of the premier watersports and bass fishing lakes in North Florida. There is plenty of depth at the dock and a short 500 foot ride to the lake. I've kept my 23' ft Key West on this dock many times.

The property has easy access if you're towing a trailer. Racecars and boats welcome.
