"The staff was not nice !! The place is very dated !!! And had a smell to it !!!!! "

"The sheets had stains all over them. The toilet leaked all over the floor. The outside of the building looks pretty updated, but the inside of the rooms were not good at all. "

"Check in was painful low staff levels and were not attentive as hotel staff should be. The room was disgusting (room 2219) we were asked to make up our own sofa bed and they only provided sheets. Never been to a hilton that did this. Found the existing sheet had hair inside it. Due to our late flight we had to move rooms extremely late with our sleeping children in hand. Not once was there an offer to help us move. Breakfast was not nice at all self serve buffet with powdered scrambled eggs (didnt realise this was still happening). Really disappointed with this stay as I trying to contact the hotel via their site and even called to arrange a sweet treat for my wifes birthday. This also never arrived. This Hilton really let me down the only positive was the location being next door to the Galleria shopping mall. Thats where it ended. We will not be returning here again. "

"Room was "spartan", but acceptable.(no coffee maker, no bedside or table lamps just ceiling). bed and pillows were good, not great. HVAC worked well. All room doors tend to slam unexpectedly when closed, making for unnecessary sound that travels into the room when trying to sleep. Staff were very good, pleasant, and helpful."
