「Older apartment building with almost completely new feel inside. Convenient location. Good communication from host. Easy check in. It is an upstairs unit which was preferable for us.」

「The unit was in much need of some tlc. The walls were extremely dirty and in need of a fresh coat of paint. There was mold in the shower and the door didn't close all the way, so water went everywhere. There were cobwebs in the corners of multiple rooms and the unit needed some repairs. (laundry doors hard to open, trim falling apart, cracks in ceiling and walls). There were only 5 forks which is very inconvenient and the kitchen supplies that were provided needed to be replaced! The couch...

「We stayed for the full week of our daughter’s wedding at the Merrimon-Wynne. The place was amazing and just steps from the venue. The rooms were large and perfectly appointed. The kitchen, dining room, and family room were a great place for people to gather and unwind. The pictures do not do justice for what a great place this is. We highly recommend.」
