"The staffs are very nice and friendly. Extremely helpful. Our room was average. I found some hair by the towels in the washroom and in the shower area. Amenities are not so great. I was already showering and found out that there was no soap and conditioner. The worst part of the stay was the elevator. First time waiting at a hotel elevator for more than 20 mins and still the elevator did not come to our floor. Was late for a dinner reservation due to that. It was the worse experience ever. "

"Wasn’t in the room much besides to sleep, the view was great, $50 a night for parking wasn’t expected but it is what it is They could do with some updating of the bathroom tub/jacuzzi or find a better way to clean it, around the rims didn’t look great, didn’t bother trying it out, overall, for someone who used the place just to sleep and see the pretty view, great, They offer coffee tea, small instant complimentary things but no real hot breakfast. Staff was very polite, extremely friendly can’t say anything bad about that, they were wonderful "

"When tried to check in was told room not ready it was pass 5pm check in was 4pm.. was told another room was ready…once in my room notice sink still had toothpaste room was still but dirty… don’t I will be renting from here again "
